Who we are…
We are the founders and current owners of PayrollHUB, a Payroll Service Provider located in Houston, TX, and San Diego, CA. For years we found we resented paying our competitor for their tax filing software. So… we decided to fix it. We teamed up with Reddy from Mudiam and Payroll Tax Hub was born.
What we do…
We’re driven. We are driven to be the best in everything we do. From our families to our businesses. So every day, we work to create new integrations, to meet our clients’ needs, to improve our processes, to listen to our staff, and be the best versions of ourselves.

Our development team works side by side; Mike, Todd, and Tom have created a system that is intuitive, fast, secure, and agile. We talk every day with our clients, with our developers, with our implementation and support team members to ensure that the software we have made is the best, most secure, most agile software you can find.

Until now, business owners have had to use clunky old payroll software; however, we’ve changed that. Our software is easy to use and elegant. We will change the way you think about your corporate tax filings.

Our idea…
A streamlined system built for you.
We like to say, we put the “Service” back in Payroll Service Provider… So we built a better mousetrap. We started with all the years of knowledge we have about how our team struggled to navigate older outdated systems and built something that’s easy and efficient. We are sure that what we offer helps people to do their job better.
